Contrary to rumor, "teotwawki" is not the Cherokee word for "heap good entertainment." TEOTWAWKI stands for The End Of The World As We Know It and is used to describe futuristic fiction set after a nuclear war, an economic collapse, a global plague, etc. We prefer nothing of the kind ever happen in real life, but it does open up storytelling potential about as wide as it can go. Included with the readable books are several audiobooks by Graphic Audio--dramatically voice-acted with sound effects and cinematic scores. Great for long trips or work commuting!
